PLAYER REGISTRATION — TERMS & CONDITIONS
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing the online registration process for any RCDE Academy NJ program, the parent or legal guardian of the registered player (“Registrant”) confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this document. Registration cannot be completed without affirmative acceptance of these terms via the digital checkbox provided during the enrollment process. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Registrant and RCDE Academy NJ LLC.
SECTION 1 — PROGRAM ENROLLMENT & COMMITMENT
1.1 Enrollment in any RCDE Academy NJ season, program, or training cycle represents a full-season commitment by the Registrant on behalf of the player.
1.2 By registering, the Registrant acknowledges that RCDE Academy NJ allocates coaching resources, schedules, facility bookings, and squad planning based on confirmed enrollment from the moment registration is completed.
1.3 Roster and group assignments — including placement by age group, team, or training cohort — are made exclusively at the discretion of RCDE Academy NJ coaching and technical staff, based on player development criteria, attendance, performance, and the needs of the group. No verbal or written communications with individual coaches or staff members prior to or during a season constitute a binding commitment regarding specific team placement, group assignment, or training level unless confirmed in writing by RCDE Academy NJ Management (management@rcdeacademynj.com).
1.4 Coaching staff may adjust rosters and group assignments at any time during a season as they deem appropriate for the development of individual players and teams. Such adjustments do not constitute a breach of any agreement by the academy.
SECTION 2 — REFUND POLICY
2.1 Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund of all program fees paid will be granted exclusively under the following condition:
A written refund request must be submitted directly to RCDE Academy NJ Management prior to the first official practice session of the enrolled season or program cycle.
Written requests must be submitted via email to management@rcdeacademynj.com and must include:
- Participant’s full name
- Age group / program enrolled
- Date of payment
- Reason for withdrawal (optional but recommended)
Refund requests will be acknowledged within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
2.2 No Refund After Season Commencement — Voluntary Withdrawal
Once the first official practice session of the enrolled season has occurred, RCDE Academy NJ will not issue refunds for voluntary player withdrawal under any circumstances.
This policy applies regardless of:
- The number of sessions attended or missed by the player
- Changes in personal schedule, school commitments, family circumstances, or religious observances
- Dissatisfaction with team placement, group assignment, roster decisions, or coaching staff
- Any verbal or informal communications made by any coach or staff member prior to or during enrollment
- Voluntary withdrawal at any point after the season has commenced
This policy exists to protect the integrity of squad planning, coaching resource allocation, and the development commitments made on behalf of every registered player from the moment a season begins.
2.3 Academy-Initiated Cancellation
In the event RCDE Academy NJ cancels a program or season in its entirety prior to commencement, registered participants will be entitled to a full refund or credit toward a future session, at the sole discretion of Management.
Partial cancellations, individual session cancellations, or scheduling modifications do not qualify for refunds.
2.4 No Exceptions Policy
RCDE Academy NJ Management does not have authority to grant refund exceptions outside of the conditions described in Section 2.1 and 2.3 above. No staff member, coach, or representative of RCDE Academy NJ is authorized to offer, promise, or imply any refund arrangement outside of this written policy. Any such communication, if it occurred, does not constitute a binding obligation on the part of the academy.
SECTION 3 — PLAYER ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION
3.1 Regular attendance at training sessions is expected of all enrolled players. The academy is not responsible for a player’s lack of development, reduced playing time, or coaching evaluation outcomes resulting from irregular attendance.
3.2 Players who miss a significant portion of training sessions may be reassigned to age-appropriate groups at the discretion of coaching staff. This does not constitute a change in enrollment status or a breach of any agreement.
SECTION 4 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1 RCDE Academy NJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from enrollment, participation, roster decisions, or withdrawal from any program.
4.2 The Registrant agrees that any disputes arising from enrollment or participation in RCDE Academy NJ programs shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey, waiving the right to jury trial.
SECTION 5 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Union County, New Jersey.
